About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute and follow up on sales plans to establish links with companies and institutions
- Promote academic programs including executive bachelor's degrees, online programs, and postgraduate studies
- Manage contact follow-ups and appointment agendas with corporate clients
- Conduct promotional presentations within companies to generate new prospects
- Ensure the achievement of sales indicators and enrollment goals
- Negotiate with corporate entities to secure institutional goals
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Commercial careers, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales
- Experience selling intangible products (e.g., education, finance, insurance, or telecommunications)
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset with high frustration tolerance
