About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute and follow up on sales plans to establish links with companies and institutions
- Promote academic programs including executive bachelor's degrees, online programs, and postgraduate studies
- Conduct promotional presentations within corporate environments
- Perform B2B prospecting and "hunter" style sales activities to generate new leads
- Negotiate with corporate entities to ensure institutional enrollment goals are met
- Ensure the achievement of established sales indicators and objectives
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related commercial field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably with intangible products (education, finance, insurance, or telecommunications)
- Proven experience in B2B prospecting and corporate sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset with high tolerance for frustration and a service-focused approach
