Responsibilities

• Ensure the capture of high-quality databases within established timelines to support enrollment goals.
• Develop and execute work plans to achieve targets for new student enrollment across various programs (High School, Professional, Master's, etc.).
• Maintain and update databases of potential market segments, including schools and companies, classifying them by potential contribution.
• Promote educational programs within corporate environments and partner companies.
• Manage and update potential client databases to ensure accurate lead tracking.
• Meet and exceed established sales indicators and performance metrics.
• Execute Public Relations plans and organize events to facilitate prospecting in provider companies.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Marketing, Communication, Administration, or a related field (completed or in progress).
• Minimum of one year of experience in the promotion of intangible products or services.
• Proven experience in client development, public relations, and telemarketing.
• Experience in customer service and working towards specific goals and indicators.
• Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
