About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute and follow up on sales plans to establish links with companies and institutions
  • Promote academic programs including executive bachelor's degrees, online programs, and postgraduate studies
  • Manage contact follow-ups and appointment agendas with corporate clients
  • Conduct promotional presentations within companies to showcase academic offerings
  • Generate new prospects and increase student enrollment for each recruitment period
  • Negotiate with corporate entities to ensure the achievement of institutional sales goals

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Commercial careers, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably with intangible products (education, finance, insurance, banking, or telecommunications)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven negotiation and customer service skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with high tolerance for frustration
