About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by achieving enrollment targets for various courses
- Provide advisory services and technical support to users via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Prospect, follow up, and close sales through telemarketing activities
- Organize and maintain databases to ensure clear communication with prospects
- Identify client needs and provide tailored educational solutions
- Document all interactions and sales processes within CRM and SAP systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or Commerce (required)
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial activities or telemarketing
- Proven experience in negotiation with medium and large companies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong spelling and grammar
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience in commercial team management, coaching, or consulting
