About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute the promotion plan for Universidad Tecmilenio with partner schools and prospects to increase student enrollment.
- Deliver promotional presentations of study programs at middle and high schools.
- Ensure weekly enrollment goals are met for each assigned partner school.
- Provide personalized attention and relationship management to assigned educational institutions.
- Participate in marketing activities, including fairs, events, and exhibitions.
- Manage the pipeline of applicants and admitted students to achieve enrollment targets.
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Communication, Commercial Careers, or a related field (must be graduated).
- At least 2 years of experience in sales.
- Experience selling intangible products (e.g., education, finance, insurance, banking, or telecommunications).
- Proven experience in telemarketing and corporate sales.
- Strong customer service and sales closing skills.
