Responsibilities

• Execute relationship and linkage strategies with middle and high schools
• Participate in both in-person and online prospecting events and activities
• Promote the Tecmilenio educational model to students and school administrators
• Manage and update prospect information within the database
• Identify new prospecting sources and enrollment opportunities
• Drive referral strategies and strengthen relationships with community leaders

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience in sales, customer prospecting, or educational promotion
• Strong effective communication and group management skills
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service and empathy
