About the role

Responsibilities

  • Convert leads into operational clients through real-time sales closing.
  • Ensure prospects meet minimum monthly shipment volumes to maintain profitability.
  • Drive express activation by ensuring clients complete their first balance load or guide generation immediately.
  • Attract new clients through organic prospecting via social media, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Execute outbound sales through cold calling.
  • Manage the entire sales process, including client training on the platform and upselling.
  • Independently manage territory and sales pipeline to meet established acquisition targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, Hunter roles, or cold calling.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, from prospecting and qualification to closing.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as PipeDrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite.
  • Proactive, organized, and skilled in professional networking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling technological services, SaaS, Fintech, or Digital Logistics.
  • Experience working with e-commerce, retail, or logistics sectors.
