Ejecutivo de Ventas Operaciones

Responsibilities

• Search for and negotiate with current and potential clients to increase product distribution and presence.
• Drive Sell-Out through correct execution at the Point of Sale to increase company Sell-In.
• Negotiate with shelf promoters to ensure product availability and brand presence in retail chains.
• Monitor and improve Point of Sale performance through progress reports and activities to reduce inventory days.
• Supervise the implementation of assigned tasks through constant follow-up and scheduled visits.
• Generate timely reports regarding displays, pricing, and Sell-Out progress to facilitate promoter incentives.

Requirements

• Completed and titled Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales or operations role.
• Valid driver's license.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.).
