About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned channel accounts to achieve sales, volume, profitability, and market share objectives.
  • Analyze sell-out reports and competitor matrices to identify business opportunities and product placement.
  • Ensure timely product delivery and follow up on orders to maintain high fill rates and avoid penalties.
  • Implement sales actions and negotiate product assortments and in-store promotions with clients.
  • Manage client collections to ensure accounts remain within permitted overdue limits.
  • Design and implement promotions in collaboration with Trade Marketing and Sales Administration.
  • Coordinate product training for sales advisors to increase expertise in product benefits.
  • Generate scorecards analyzing sales, inventory, and delivery times to track growth and competition.
  • Develop purchase plans and sales forecasts to ensure product availability and meet demand.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a commercial or sales area.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and SuccessFactors.
  • Advanced English language skills (90% proficiency).
