About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze the market to identify and capture new logistics needs, bringing new business to the company through the existing service portfolio.
- Maintain effective relationships with current clients and build new connections through face-to-face visits and presentations.
- Develop a strategic business pipeline with a minimum monthly conversion rate of 25%.
- Manage client portfolios, including commercial proposals, contracts, special integrations, legal procedures, and collections.
- Utilize electronic registration tools and systems such as CRM and SAP to ensure process quality and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, company products, and logistics processes to ensure service excellence.
- Propose innovative initiatives to increase company profitability, quality, and productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales prospecting and commercial pipeline management.
- Strong skills in client relationship management and negotiation.
- Experience using CRM and SAP systems.
- Solid knowledge of logistics services and the logistics industry.
- Ability to travel to various client locations for meetings and presentations.
