About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet assigned sales quotas through prospecting, diagnosis, presentation, and quoting of company services.
- Follow established commercial procedures, including registering and tracking sales opportunities in the CRM.
- Maintain constant communication with the assigned client base to provide updates and identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide necessary documentation for economic proposals, project delivery, legal procedures, and collections.
- Coordinate between clients and internal departments to ensure proper service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage billing and collections for all completed sales and the assigned portfolio.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues affecting commercial goals and productivity.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Commercial Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in customer service and administration.
- 2 years of experience in service sales and managing sales projects.
- Specific experience of 2 years in selling courier, parcel, logistics, or distribution services.
