About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maximize prospecting to attract new potential clients and maintain sales volume through lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Analyze the market to identify and capture the logistical needs of prospects across the company's service portfolio.
  • Maintain effective relationships with current clients while building new connections through regular visits.
  • Create and manage a strategic business pipeline with a minimum monthly conversion rate of 25%.
  • Administer client portfolios, including commercial proposals, contracts, special integrations, projects, legal procedures, and collections.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura terminada).
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in sales, prospecting, and customer service.
  • Must have a personal vehicle (Auto propio).
  • Availability to travel.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive approach with problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
