Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales objectives through the sale of telecommunications solutions.
• Prospect new clients and develop existing accounts to increase revenue through new sales, additions, and renewals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to final closing.
• Create customized proposals for end clients by identifying their specific business needs.
• Conduct consultative sales and effective negotiations to close opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust sales funnel and client portfolio.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks and mandatory training.
• Act as a change agent within the team by sharing best practices to drive collective growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecommunications solution sales.
• Proven ability to sell multiple products within a diverse portfolio.
• Demonstrable sales productivity and results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce.
• English language proficiency (approximately 40%).

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in telecommunications solution sales.
