About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives through consultative selling of telecommunications solutions (voice, IoT, applications, etc.).
  • Prospect new business clients and develop existing accounts to increase revenue through new sales, additions, and renewals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and funnel development to proposal creation and final closing.
  • Identify and analyze business opportunities within the corporate segment to position AT&T as a key strategic partner.
  • Perform administrative tasks and complete mandatory training as assigned.
  • Act as a change agent within the team by sharing best practices to drive collective growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecommunications solution sales.
  • Proven ability to manage and sell a diverse product portfolio with demonstrable productivity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce.
  • English language proficiency (minimum 40%).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of experience in telecommunications solution sales.
