About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through consultative selling of telecommunications solutions (voice, IoT, applications, etc.).
- Prospect new business clients and develop existing accounts to increase revenue through new sales, additions, and renewals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and lead generation to proposal creation and final closing.
- Identify and analyze business opportunities within the corporate segment to position AT&T as a key strategic partner.
- Maintain a robust sales funnel and perform all required administrative tasks and mandatory training.
- Act as a change agent within the team by sharing best practices to drive collective growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecommunications solution sales.
- Proven ability to sell multiple products within a diverse portfolio and demonstrate consistent productivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce.
- English language proficiency (approximately 40%).
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience in telecommunications solution sales.
