About the role
Responsibilities
- Capture orders for pool accounts and drive product sales to route customers to achieve established goals.
- Manage collections for route customers, including verifying account statements and sending expiration notices.
- Follow up on and validate payments to maintain a healthy and updated accounts receivable portfolio.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments to ensure seamless transaction processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura).
- 1 year of experience in direct sales of tangible products.
- 1 year of experience in accounts receivable/collections management.
- Intermediate Excel skills (databases, pivot tables, and basic formulas).
- Experience using ERP systems.
- Knowledge of self-service and wholesale customer portals (e.g., Soriana, Costco, Nadro, HEB).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in creating executive presentations using PowerPoint.
