Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain solid relationships with assigned corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues related to banking products and services.
• Collaborate with the Business Executive to promote and sell financial products and services.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the business banking team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, assisting with inquiries and specific needs.
• Monitor the performance and health of the assigned portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative areas (completed or in progress).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in client service, preferably within corporate or business banking segments.
• Proven knowledge of sales and promotion techniques.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in corporate banking or high-level client relationship management.
