Responsibilities

• Attract prospective clients and maintain existing ones through the promotion and cross-selling of various financial products and services.
• Establish annual account plans for each client or business group to identify business opportunities and increase profitability.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure bank products and services meet client needs in a timely manner.
• Execute the credit process, including preparing regulatory files, conducting credit studies, and obtaining risk area opinions for committee sessions.
• Manage timely collections for the credit portfolio and monitor client financial health to mitigate recovery risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative areas.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within Business or Corporate banking.
• Expertise in financial analysis, including the analysis of financial statements and the creation of financial projections.
• Proven experience in managing business segment client portfolios and implementing retention strategies.
• Fluency in English.
