Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of business clients by promoting and cross-selling various financial products and services.
• Establish annual account plans for clients or business groups to identify new business opportunities and increase profitability.
• Structure optimal credit requests that meet client needs while maintaining acceptable risk levels for the bank.
• Execute the full credit process, including preparing regulatory files, credit studies, and coordinating with risk areas and committees.
• Manage timely collections and monitor the credit portfolio to identify and mitigate potential financial or market risks.
• Provide continuous mentorship and guidance to junior executives within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative areas (must be graduated/titulado).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within Business or Corporate banking.
• Proven expertise in financial statement analysis and the creation of financial projections.
• Experience in client portfolio management and retention strategies for the business segment.
• Fluency in English.
