Responsibilities

• Attract new prospective clients and maintain existing ones through the promotion and cross-selling of financial products and services.
• Establish annual account plans for clients or business groups to identify business opportunities and increase profitability.
• Coordinate with internal areas to ensure bank products and services meet client needs promptly.
• Structure credit requests optimally to be attractive to clients while maintaining acceptable risk levels for the bank.
• Execute the credit process, including preparing regulatory files, credit studies, and presenting requests to bank committees.
• Manage timely collections and monitor client credit portfolios to identify and mitigate financial or market risks.
• Mentor and develop junior executives through continuous guidance and involvement in the credit process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or related economic-administrative fields (must be graduated).
• 3 years of experience in a similar role within Corporate or Business banking.
• Proven experience in financial statement analysis and the management of business segment client portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of financial projections and credit strategy implementation.
• Fluency in English.
