Responsibilities

• Attract new prospect clients and maintain existing ones through the promotion and cross-selling of financial products and services.
• Establish annual account plans for clients or business groups to identify business opportunities and increase profitability.
• Coordinate with internal areas to ensure bank products and services meet client needs promptly.
• Structure credit requests optimally to remain attractive to clients while maintaining acceptable risk levels for the bank.
• Execute the full credit process, including preparing regulatory files, credit studies, and presenting requests to credit committees.
• Manage timely collections and monitor client portfolios to identify financial, market, or legal risks early.
• Mentor and develop junior relationship executives through continuous guidance and task assignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative fields (Titulado).
• 3 years of experience in a similar role within Business or Corporate banking.
• Proven experience in financial statement analysis and the creation of financial projections.
• Experience in managing client portfolios within the business segment and implementing retention strategies.
• Fluency in English.
