About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure that every Lifelong Learning, Consultancy, and Services program/project has the necessary resources for proper execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for program participants and corporate clients to follow up on requests and ensure service agreements are met.
- Manage and control the assigned budget for each project to ensure resource optimization.
- Manage relationships, requirements, and payments for both internal and external facilitators and providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Tourism, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative management.
- Strong service orientation and client relationship skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various tracking platforms.
- Experience in event organization.
