About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect and manage the SME (PyME) client portfolio to drive business growth
- Attract new qualified clients and manage the sales pipeline
- Build and follow up on client files and documentation
- Present client cases to the credit committee in collaboration with the Credit team
- Manage overdue portfolios and ensure post-sale follow-up for correct payment application
Requirements
- Degree (completed or in progress) in economic-administrative areas
- 2+ years of experience in banking or finance, specifically selling products to SMEs
- Knowledge of funding processes and requirements for clients
- Strong ability to detect business opportunities and build strategic relationships
- Proactive attitude with a results-oriented mindset
