Responsibilities

• Influence the sales force to drive sustainable development and growth for brands including L'BEL, ésika, and Cyzone.
• Conduct induction processes for new Business Partners (Socias Empresarias).
• Manage the attraction and accompaniment process for new members entering the program.
• Facilitate initial training workshops.
• Create training materials and issue relevant reports.
• Perform field visits to support the development of new members and report on progress.

Requirements

• University degree completed or currently in progress.
• Must have a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Experience in training, commercial, or business development areas.
• Strong commercial orientation and business analysis understanding.
• Effective communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of digital tools including Canva, YouTube, and Microsoft Teams.
