Responsibilities

  • Perform cold prospecting, new client acquisition, and post-sales follow-up
  • Manage existing portfolio to ensure retention and generate upselling
  • Present technological solutions (Microsoft 365 / Aspel) to decision-makers
  • Meet daily and weekly KPIs for activity, prospecting, and closing
  • Participate in commercial meetings, training, and certifications
  • Maintain updated records in internal CRM and sales tools
  • Represent the company with professionalism and technical-commercial knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience in technology, software, or license sales (required)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Aspel platforms (desirable)
  • Intermediate level in Excel and IT tools
  • Excellent communication skills, commitment, and demonstrable job stability
  • English language skills (desirable)
  • Resident of CDMX or surrounding areas
