About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote financial products and services to existing and new SME (PyME) segment clients
- Manage a client portfolio by identifying sales and growth opportunities
- Develop and present value propositions tailored to client needs
- Analyze client portfolios to identify market trends and business opportunities
- Proactively prospect and build a pipeline of new SME clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in the sale and placement of financial products within the SME segment
- Experience in direct customer service and floor sales
- Background in account management and sales execution
- Completed professional degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of financial products
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish (English is a plus)
