Responsibilities

• Perform effective collections for policy and endorsement clients
• Manage payment applications and refunds in coordination with insurance companies
• Generate payment references, invoices, and tax complements for clients
• Advise clients and account executives on policy and endorsement payment matters
• Reconcile insurance company statements with outstanding receipts
• Apply payments within the internal system and clear unpaid items
• Utilize Power BI dashboards for reporting and monitoring

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong customer service orientation and proactivity
• Analytical skills for effective problem-solving
• Excellent organization and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to drive innovation in processes
