Ejecutivo de Cobranza

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the recovery of tuition and educational loan portfolios.
• Provide financial advisory and guidance to students, alumni, and parents regarding account balances and payment options.
• Execute collection campaigns through individual or mass emails, telephone contact, and virtual meetings.
• Negotiate payment incentives and debt restructuring agreements in accordance with institutional policies.
• Maintain and update student and parent information within institutional systems.
• Coordinate the collection and filing of contracts, promissory notes, and related documentation.
• Request and manage account adjustments in SAP, CML, or Banner.
• Register all payment agreements, follow-up calls, and interactions in the designated CRM and information systems.
• Prepare and present information for regional and national collection committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in portfolio management, debt recovery, account management, or customer service.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using SAP.
• Strong negotiation and effective communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and demonstrate resilience.
