About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform home collection for assigned accounts to meet recovery objectives
- Complete established home visit quotas and productivity goals in alignment with recovery policies
- Negotiate payment alternatives with clients to reach solid agreements
- Create daily collection routes to optimize resources and support
Requirements
- High school diploma or partially completed degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, portfolio management, and field work
- Own vehicle or motorcycle in good condition
- Availability of time and knowledge of the local geographic area and surroundings

- Monthly base salary of $9,400 plus biweekly commissions (average $10,000)
