Responsibilities
- Perform home collection visits for assigned accounts to meet recovery objectives
- Negotiate payment alternatives with clients to reach solid agreements
- Meet established home visit quotas and productivity goals
- Create daily collection routes to optimize resources and efficiency
- Contribute to healthy company finances by reintegrating clients into the active portfolio
Requirements
- High school diploma or partially completed university degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, portfolio management, and field work
- Own vehicle or motorcycle in good condition
- Availability of time and knowledge of the local geographic area and surroundings
- Must reside in Cuernavaca, Morelos
