Responsibilities

• Perform home collection for assigned accounts to meet recovery objectives
• Meet established home visit quotas and productivity goals
• Negotiate payment alternatives with clients to reach solid agreements
• Create daily collection routes to optimize resources and support
• Contribute to healthy company finances by reintegrating clients into the active portfolio

Requirements

• High school diploma or partially completed degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, portfolio management, and field work
• Own vehicle or motorcycle in good condition
• Availability of time and knowledge of the local geographic area
• Must reside in Córdoba, Veracruz
