Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls to provide high-quality collection services and customer care
  • Analyze debtor situations to determine the most effective repayment schemes to resolve arrears
  • Follow up on negotiated agreements with debtors to ensure compliance
  • Apply authorized exit schemes and repayment plans as appropriate

Requirements

  • Active or incomplete student in administrative areas or related fields
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in debt recovery or sales
  • Excellent service attitude and strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in PC usage
