About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls to provide high-quality collection services and customer care
- Analyze debtor situations to determine the most effective repayment schemes to resolve arrears
- Follow up on negotiated agreements with debtors to ensure compliance
- Apply authorized exit schemes and repayment plans as appropriate
Requirements
- Active or incomplete student in administrative areas or related fields
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in debt recovery or sales
- Excellent service attitude and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in PC usage
- Proactive mindset and ability to handle new challenges
