Ejecutivo de Cobranza

Responsibilities

• Manage delinquent portfolios in the field, including credit cards, consumer loans, auto, and mortgages
• Achieve established recovery and collection goals set by the institution
• Conduct between 25 to 35 field visits daily to optimize collection efforts
• Generate necessary reports and documentation regarding management results
• Ensure all activities comply with current regulations, procedures, policies, and circulars
• Maintain the profitability of financial solutions through effective negotiation

Requirements

• High school diploma or University degree (completed or in progress)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Email)
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills
• Valid driver's license
• Access to own transportation (car or motorcycle)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in field-based roles
• Prior experience in debt collection or collections management
