Responsibilities

• Prospect, attend to, and follow up with clients interested in investment and deposit products
• Provide consultative advice on investment alternatives, terms, rates, yields, and financial product benefits
• Identify client needs to offer investment solutions aligned with their financial profiles and objectives
• Generate, manage, and track commercial opportunities using CRM and digital tools
• Drive resource capture through close, clear, and results-oriented customer service
• Support clients throughout the contracting process to ensure an agile and professional experience
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service

Requirements

• Experience in consultative sales, resource capture, investments, or banking/financial services
• Knowledge of investment products, term deposits, promissory notes, rates, and basic financial concepts
• Proven ability to prospect, build trust-based relationships, and close commercial opportunities
• Goal-oriented mindset with excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Experience serving investor, wealth management, preferred, or corporate clients
• Proficiency in using CRM or digital commercial tools; Salesforce knowledge is a plus
• Basic understanding of account opening processes, documentation, KYC, or compliance
