- Report and analyze lead information, including reasons for disqualification
- Provide exceptional and professional customer service experiences
- Attend key events to share information regarding top academic programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in executive sales
- High orientation toward customer service
- Excellent executive-level communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems
- Intermediate English language skills
