About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service and attention to clients upon arrival at the branch
- Manage client flow by assigning turns for teller services or meetings with bank officials
- Perform various administrative support activities
- Drive the placement of financial products, including credit cards, portability, and insurance services
Requirements
- Completed degree or currently in the final stages of a degree in Economic-Administrative areas
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or cash handling
- Strong interest in sales and commercial activities
- Good credit history
- Availability to work on Saturdays
