Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service and attention to clients upon arrival at the branch
  • Manage client flow by assigning turns for teller services or meetings with bank officials
  • Perform various administrative support activities
  • Drive the placement of financial products, including credit cards, portability, and insurance services

Requirements

  • Completed degree or currently in the final stages of a degree in Economic-Administrative areas
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or cash handling
  • Strong interest in sales and commercial activities
  • Good credit history
  • Availability to work on Saturdays
