Responsibilities

• Act as the reference for managing corporate insurance programs, ensuring correct interpretation of coverages and conditions
• Analyze and resolve requirements from Business Units with technical clarity
• Define and document technical criteria for claims handling and coverage interpretation
• Evaluate renewals, modifications, and non-standard situations to provide strategic recommendations
• Maintain relationships with brokers regarding program design and technical solutions
• Act as a technical point of reference for the corporate team to ensure consistent program application

Requirements

• Experience in insurance operations, policy administration, or corporate insurance programs
• Completed Bachelor's degree in any field or engineering
• Experience in issuance and renewal of master and local policies
• Practical knowledge of property and casualty insurance (coverages, limits, deductibles)
• Experience in claims operational follow-up and coordination with brokers or insurers
• Ability to manage multiple processes and interpret technical policy information
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (oral and written)
