Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated attention and support to insurance brokers and agencies
• Resolve problems and conflicts for the sales force
• Manage the onboarding of new agents and promoters, including orientation and incentive plan presentations
• Facilitate the registration of new brokers
• Conduct training sessions for agents and promoters
• Provide occasional support in the issuance and assembly of multi-line insurance policies
• Generate reports using Driver, SIGS, and DEYEL systems

Requirements

• Degree in economic-administrative areas (completed or in progress)
• Mandatory experience in the insurance sector
• Knowledge of multi-line insurance, specifically Auto, Damage, and Health
• Experience in managing relationships with brokers and agencies
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
