About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized advisory services for financial products tailored to the needs of the SME segment
- Prospect new clients to achieve established sales and growth goals
- Analyze existing client accounts to identify cross-selling opportunities for additional products
- Develop and prepare credit studies and proposals
- Perform continuous follow-up on account status and portfolio performance
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies regarding all offered products and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas (graduated or candidate)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the placement of financial products and credit lines for SMEs
- Proven existing client portfolio
- Strong results-oriented mindset and negotiation skills
