Responsibilities

• Identify sponsorship opportunities and actively prospect companies, brands, and agencies to build a solid commercial pipeline.
• Qualify and develop leads based on academic and cultural assets, including events, brand presence, and digital benefits.
• Design and present personalized, consultative commercial proposals in collaboration with business intelligence and marketing teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sponsorship contracts while ensuring profitability and institutional compliance.
• Maintain constant communication with the post-sales operational team to ensure the correct delivery of benefits and sponsor satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, agencies, and strategic partners.
• Contribute to the commercial planning of academic and cultural assets by providing market trends and insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in sponsorship sales or media advertising.
• Proven experience in high-profile negotiations with C-Suite executives or directors.
• Strong skills in prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing commercial agreements.
• An existing portfolio of clients within relevant national and transnational companies.
