Responsibilities
- Manage documentation and administrative processes related to the implementation of Cash Management products
- Provide information and advisory services to clients regarding the efficient use of digital tools
- Supervise the performance of implemented cash solutions
- Provide administrative and operational support to Cash Executives in the Government and Corporate sectors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Informatics, Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, digital banking, or transactional banking product implementations
