Responsibilities

• Obtain mortgage credit testimonies from internal archives or external managers to initiate judicial recovery processes.
• Manage the preparation of accounting certificates through portfolio operations or authorized public accountants.
• Supervise and control established timelines for certificate production to ensure timely legal actions.
• Ensure compliance with area policies regarding legal action timelines by preparing and transferring complete files to external lawyers.

Requirements

• Professional experience in recoveries or similar fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
• University degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in database management and contract review.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach.
