Ejecutivo Banca PyME Sr

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of SME (PyME) clients to increase the placement of banking products and services.
• Prospect and acquire new clients while maintaining high portfolio quality.
• Perform detailed financial analysis to support credit and service decisions.
• Monitor and manage the profitability of the existing client portfolio.
• Meet and exceed established commercial goals and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or sales roles.
• Proven experience in commercial banking products and e-banking services.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Sales-oriented profile with a proactive approach.
• Competencies in organization, planning, and information analysis.
