Ejecutivo Banca PyME

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of SME (PyME) clients to increase the placement of commercial banking products and services.
• Prospect and acquire new clients to expand the portfolio while maintaining high credit quality.
• Perform detailed financial analysis to support decision-making and portfolio health.
• Monitor and manage the profitability of the existing client portfolio.
• Meet and exceed established commercial goals and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in commercial roles.
• Proven knowledge of commercial banking products and e-banking services.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Sales-oriented profile with a proactive approach to business development.
• Competencies in organization, planning, and information analysis.
