Ejecutivo Banca PyME

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of SME (PyME) clients to increase the placement of institutional products and services.
• Prospect new clients to expand the segment and increase overall profitability for the institution.
• Strengthen relationships with high-revenue clients to ensure the bank becomes their primary financial partner.
• Provide specialized training and advisory services to SME clients regarding available financial products.
• Take full responsibility for meeting the SME segment budget within the assigned branch or portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration, Accounting, or Economics.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SME (PyME) advisor.
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in credit analysis.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal communication abilities.
