Ejecutivo Banca PyME

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of SME (PyME) clients to increase the placement of banking products and services.
• Prospect and acquire new clients to grow the portfolio while maintaining high credit quality.
• Perform detailed financial analysis to support decision-making and portfolio health.
• Monitor and manage the profitability of the existing client portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and e-banking platforms.
• Proven financial analysis skills.
• Strong sales profile with a proactive, goal-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
