Responsibilities

• Provide personalized advisory services and resolve client inquiries or issues within the branch.
• Attract new clients to expand the existing portfolio.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies regarding all offered products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative areas (Graduate or Certified).
• 2 years of experience as a Senior Banker.
• Proven experience in the placement of financial products (Mortgage, automotive, personal credit, credit cards, investments, insurance, and POS terminals).
• Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset to meet established goals.
