Responsibilities
- Provide personalized advisory services and resolve client inquiries or issues within the branch
- Attract new clients to expand the existing portfolio
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies regarding all offered products and services
Requirements
- Degree in Economic-Administrative areas (graduate or completed studies)
- 2 years of experience as a Senior Banker in the placement of financial products (Mortgage, automotive, personal credit, credit cards, investments, insurance, and POS)
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset to meet established goals
