About the role

Responsibilities

  • Validate financial feasibility and payment capacity for SME credit requests
  • Review documentation and checklists for various credit transaction types according to credit policies
  • Manage the digitization of credit files and follow up on new lines and renewals
  • Track cases from initial application through to the activation of the credit line
  • Maintain and follow up on credit operation logs and business credit card requests
  • Register guarantees in internal systems (SIIOF or ISI Loans)
  • Provide support and status updates to SME executives regarding pending tasks and results

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Public Accounting, or Industrial Engineering (graduate or candidate)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or the financial sector, preferably working with SMEs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Result-oriented mindset with negotiation skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
