About the role
Responsibilities
- Validate financial feasibility and payment capacity for SME credit requests
- Review documentation and checklists for various credit transaction types according to credit policies
- Manage the digitization of credit files and follow up on new lines and renewals
- Track cases from initial application through to the activation of the credit line
- Maintain and follow up on credit operation logs and business credit card requests
- Register guarantees in internal systems (SIIOF or ISI Loans)
- Provide support and status updates to SME executives regarding pending tasks and results
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Public Accounting, or Industrial Engineering (graduate or candidate)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or the financial sector, preferably working with SMEs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Result-oriented mindset with negotiation skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
